Since its founding over two decades ago, Clark-Skamania Flyfishers has tried to use methods for operating the club and conducting club business that will protect the environment and minimize impacts. With the advent of reliable electronic media, the club has the opportunity to distribute your newsletter while saving paper. This new distribution method also saves the club a substantial amount of money on postage, and these savings can then be passed along to be used for projects that will enhance fish habitat.

The format that is being used to distribute The Broken Barb is the portable document format (PDF) that can be read by Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat or Acrobat Reader on your computer, a copy of Acrobat Reader can be obtained free of charge from Adobe by clicking on the following link: Download Acrobat Reader. You might also need what is known as a "plug-in" for your browser. These are also free of charge.
