told us
that CSF's Introduction to Flyfishingis a terrific
bargain
and a great way to learn the art of flyfishing. For a very modest fee,
students receive the day-long course, a course handbook, various
teaching
aids and refreshments, including lunch and coffee and doughnuts
throughout
the day. In order to provide the best possible
learning
environment, space is limited to 40 students and is filled on a
first-come,
first-served basis. Non-members are welcome.
One-on-one instruction on the lawn. What You Need to Bring If you have your own tackle, be sure to bring it along. There
is no
better way to become familiar with your equipment than to use it under
the guidance of skilled instructors. If you do not yet own any fishing
gear, we make every effort to provide equipment to each student
registered
for the class. Bonus Day On the day following the class, CSF hosts a free Casting
Clinic that
is open to members and non-members. More one-on-one instruction is
given
to participants by a FFF master instructor aided by CSF's cadre of
volunteer
instructors. Single-handed and two-handed techniques are covered. It is
a perfect way for beginners to receive extra help with their casting
and
learn the basic techniques in more detail. Contact For current pricing and further information, please contact
